Worskhops and Consulting
We believe that diversity and equity workshops should challenge participants to move to new levels of consciousness regarding concepts like racial, class, and gender equity. But we also believe that this work must empower participants to become agents of change in their own contexts. [Read more about our workshops and consulting services.]

Publications
Another way we contribute to equity and multicultural education is scholarship. Our articles, books, and essays encourage readers to think critically about contemporary social justice and diversity issues. We also produce a series of White Papers in which we push the boundaries of traditional ideas about diversity, educational equity, and multicultural education. [Read more about our publications.]

Resource Development
EdChange is recognized worldwide for our innovative educational materials. We offer these resources free of charge whenever possible. The most well-known of our resources are the Multicultural Pavilion, the Social Justice News Service, and SoJust.net, a document history of social justice and civil rights.
