All the water,
In this river, comes
From Canada.

All the water,
In this river, comes
Through Washington And Oregon.

All the water,
In this river, comes
Briefly into my care
before disappearing
into the Pacific Ocean.

All the water,
In this river, comes
With a blessing
Of absolute purity,
And I, you and I,
Could learn much
About our lives
From this river
Of hope.
