Id, Ego & Superego
by Mari Ann Roberts, from Emory University

i am overwhelmed with inadequacies
and i
fear inadequacy
and i
suffer from the reality of inadequacy
while i
deny inadequacy.
Then i
cry inadequacy
but i
buy inadequacy
as it is pedaled by the meritocracy
who tell me i am inadequate,
and i believe.
