Using the Internet to Develop Curriculum with a Multicultural Perspective -- Multicultural Summer Institute, Prince William County Public Schools, June 2000
Incorporation and Transformation:
Precautionary Intervention
Please Remember!
- The Web should not REPLACE the library, and it cannot BE multicultural education. It is a tool which, when used carefully, can be part of multicultural curriculum transformation.
- The Web can be addictive to you and your students. Set a time limit for yourself before you start browsing.
- The wonderful interactions available to you and your students should not replace face to face interaction.
